As the president of both Naill Services Inc. and Wellsite Services, Inc., Mr. Naill brings 26 years of Oil and Gas experience to the leadership of the team.  He began his career in the industry as a roustabout for Rival Services in the DJ basin of Colorado where he learned the basics and advanced to lead his own crew.  He moved to the production side of the industry as a lease operator and eventually a foreman with HS resources.  Since returning to the service side of the industry Mr. Naill formed Naill Services Inc. in 2000, and later served in various roles at Schneider Energy Services including swab rig consultant, Flowback Manager, and Field Operations Manager, until resuming his role as President of Naill Services in 2008.  He later, in 2013, formed Wellsite Services.
